Dr. Herman García is an Emeritus Professor of Curriculum and Instruction, College of Education, New Mexico State University. His areas of research and interest are Educacìon bilingúe crítica /ESL /Literacy; critical and anti-racist pedagogy; international education; critical curriculum development and education of Latinos. His area of expertise is Latin America.
