Biography

Author of over 60 peer-reviewed articles and three books on food technology and biotechnology, four patents, more than 100 conference proceedings in food science. Strong grant funding. Lectures and seminars were given in different institutions, universities and industries in different countries.

• Over 15 years of consulting experience to global food manufacturing industries in USA, Europe and Latin America.
