Biography

Bruce Berman has dedicated almost four decades to professional photography. He started in Chicago where he photographed Appalachian immigrants, black panthers during the tumultuous 1960’s and the gritty street life of Chicago in its Rust Belt years. The past 26 years his work has been focused on the U.S – Mexico Border, mainly in the land between El Paso, TX and Ciudad Juarez, MEX.
